Privacy Policy:
We haven't written a proper privacy policy yet, but here's the skinny: We don't like spam. We don't like spammers. (Josh helped initiate one of the first anti-spam lawsuits in Washington State.) We don't much care for direct marketing at all, even when it isn't spam. We're not going to sell or give away any information about users here. The only reason we ask for an email address when you create a new account is so we can send you a verification code that allows you to activate your account. Why bother? It's likely that in the future you'll be able to have the site send you email notices when someone posts a comment about one of your photos, or when a new photo is added that matches some search parameter you were interested in. You'll have to sign up for that, though, because we're never going to start sending you email you didn't ask for.

You don't have to give us your real name. If you're worried about copyright issues, you might want to have your real name associated with your photos so that people who want to use your images can contact you, or know who to credit. But other than that, feel free to use a fake name. We don't care.

We'll steal a real privacy policy from some big site in a bit, to satisfy people who want legalese.
